When you explicitly click "Export Trade History", the extension performs the following operations â all locally in your browser:
The extension reads your personal Steam Market transaction history from
steamcommunity.com/market/myhistory using your existing Steam login session.
This data is:
steam_pain_history.csv)When you use cshurts.com with the extension installed, the extension can fetch Steam Market price histories for individual items via Steam's API. This enables real-time price comparisons on cshurts.com without requiring a separate Steam login on the website. These requests use your existing Steam session cookies and the data is passed directly to the cshurts.com page in your browser â it is never routed through any third-party server.
When you click "Analyze on cshurts.com" after an export, your CSV data is transferred directly from the Steam tab
to the cshurts.com tab using browser-native window.postMessage. This is a browser-to-browser transfer
â no data passes through any server.

The extension does not request access to your browsing history, bookmarks, cookies, or any other browser data. It only operates on the specific Steam Market pages and cshurts.com.

Your Steam Market transaction history is processed locally in your browser only. It is exported as a CSV file to your computer. The extension itself does not transmit this data anywhere. If you choose to upload this CSV to cshurts.com, that is governed by the cshurts.com privacy policy.
